El 19/06/2017 se publicó el II CONVENIO COLECTIVO ESTATAL DE LA INDUSTRIA, LA TECNOLOGÍA Y LOS SERVICIOS DEL SECTOR METAL (CEM), con importantes novedades sobre la Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales:
- necesidades diferentes para empresas que trabajan en obras de construcción y para las que no.
- formación de reciclaje 4 horas cada tres años.
Se mantiene además la obligación de realizar la formación de los riesgos asociados al puesto de trabajo que venimos realizando habitualmente, según art. 19 de la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

- Se introducen las formaciones de reciclaje respecto de las formaciones anteriores:
- 4 horas presenciales cada tres años.
- Obligatorio para personal técnico, administrativo, mandos intermedios y personal de oficios.
- Temática: conocimientos preventivos específicos de cada especialidad.
Sector Metal – No Obra

- Formación inicial y de reciclaje conforme a la siguiente tabla (Anexo II del II Convenio del Metal)

NOTA: El Convenio establece que solo los Servicios de Prevención Ajenos acreditados podrán impartir estos cursos, Y EL CENTRO DE FORMACIÓN TANGRAM ha llegado a acuerdos con diferentes empresas de prevención para organizar estos cursos en sus instalaciones.
